The Way We Use Information

You Are In Control — Your Rights and Choices:
From time to time, Studio 323 conducts market research or sends email to introduce new products and/or services that may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive this correspondence. Simply go to the My Account page to change your marketing preferences; or you may use the convenient unsubscribe link at the bottom of our promotional emails. Once you opt-out, you will not receive any promotional emails from Studio 323 unless you opt back in at a later time. You will still be a registered member of Studio 323 and eligible to use any of our products and services.
You should take precautions to protect the security of your username and password. To help secure your access, we recommend that you do not share your username or password.
As noted above, you can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser or device. However, if you choose to disable cookies, your experience with the Site may be impaired and some features may not work as they were intended.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Site, shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, within one (1) year after the claim arises. Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts identified above.
