The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself or others for purposes including processing and fulfilling orders, communicating with you, responding to inquiries regarding your order, providing updates on our new products and services, account registration and maintenance, and administration of the Site. For example, we use information you provide when placing an order to complete that order and confirm delivery. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Also, we may share aggregated and de-identified information with our partners, service providers and other persons with whom we conduct business. We may share this type of statistical data so that our partners can understand how and how often people use our Site and, which facilitates improving the services offered through the Site and the features and content available to you. Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.

You Are In Control — Your Rights and Choices:

From time to time, Studio 323 conducts market research or sends email to introduce new products and/or services that may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive this correspondence. Simply go to the My Account page to change your marketing preferences; or you may use the convenient unsubscribe link at the bottom of our promotional emails. Once you opt-out, you will not receive any promotional emails from Studio 323 unless you opt back in at a later time. You will still be a registered member of Studio 323 and eligible to use any of our products and services.

You should take precautions to protect the security of your username and password. To help secure your access, we recommend that you do not share your username or password.

As noted above, you can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser or device. However, if you choose to disable cookies, your experience with the Site may be impaired and some features may not work as they were intended.

Additionally, Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. However, these features are not yet uniform, so we do not currently respond to such features or signals. You can choose to limit the data that third party services (e.g., social media platforms) share with us using the options provided to you by the applicable third party service (for example, the options provided by a third-party social media platform when you connect your social media account with the Site). You can also disconnect your use of the Site from the third-party service at any time using the options provided to you by the applicable third-party service. Please note, however, that if you disconnect from the third-party service, that will not delete the data we may have previously collected while you were connected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Site, shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, within one (1) year after the claim arises. Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts identified above.
